That is why I offer guidance, support, and answers to all of your questions. Whether they are about your care, birth, postpartum or any other aspect of pregnancy, I am here to provide you with the information, resources and guidance you need to feel confident and prepared.
My goal is to give you the peace of mind you deserve during pregnancy. Whether you prefer to communicate via text or phone call I am available to answer your questions.

1 free 15 minute call to discuss the package, and any questions you may have

On going phone/text support from making your booking up to 6 weeks after birth

1 antenatal birth planning video call/meeting - During this we will discuss previous births, how your pregnancy is going, your birth plan, any fears or worries you have and preparing for birth.

1 postnatal birth debrief video call/meeting - This can in the first few days to the first few weeks after birth. We will go through your birth, breastfeeding, emotional support, and any other questions you have.

If you are not interested in the full packaged but would like a Birth Planning or Birth Debrief meeting, I also offer these as one off sessions.
