About our Circle
Our Pregnancy Circle is designed to create a nurturing environment where pregnant women can gather, unwind, and connect. Each circle provides an opportunity to:
Share Experiences
Open up about your pregnancy journey, challenges, and joys in a supportive and understanding community.
Practice Mindfulness
Engage in gentle mindfulness and relaxation exercises and activities that help you stay present and centred.
Foster Connections
Build meaningful relationships with other expectant mothers who understand and relate to your experiences.
Enjoy Nature
Breathe in the fresh air, soak in the beauty of the natural world, and let the serene surroundings rejuvenate your spirit.
When & Where
Our circles will be hosted at Lily Bows Washington every Monday at 1pm.
There will also be one off outdoor circles in various outdoor locations throughout the summer.
